สิ่งที่ช่างใช้หรือเปล่าก็ไม่รู้????

Anti Seize เอ?
อันนี้เมืองไทยที่ไหนมีขายก็ไม่รู้ (ใครรู้ช่วยบอกที) มันคือไอ้ที่ป๋าเขาเอามาละเลงใหญ่เลย

ผมใช้จารบีขาวแทนครับ แต่ผมจะทาบริเวณฐานดุมล้อ โดยเฉพาะรอบๆดุมตรงกลาง ก่อนใส่จานเบรค เวลาเอาจานเบรคออกทีหลัง จะได้เอาออกได้ง่ายขึ้น แล้วก็ทาในรูใส่น็อตยึดจานเบรค (hex nut)

Anti-squeak brake paste ที่ป๋าเขาทาด้านหลังผ้าเบรค (สีแดงๆ) อันนี้เบิกศูนย์ BMW ได้ครับเป็นซองตามรูปครับ part# 81 229 407 103 แต่มันไม่ใช่สีแดงน๊ะครับ ควรเบิกมาสัก 6 ซอง ต่อการเปลี่ยนผ้าเบรค 1 คู่ (ผ้าเบรค 4 อัน)

Anti-squelch brake paste มีคุณสมบัติเหมือนกาวทนความร้อนที่จะทำให้ผิวสัมผัสด้านหลังของผ้าเบรคติดกับร่องคาลิเปอร์
ไม่ให้เกิดอาการกระพือ (vibrate) อันเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดเสียงเบรคหอนครับ

เพิ่มเติม:

ADD:

น๊อตยึด (hex bolt) คาลิเปอร์ท่อนนอก 2 ตัว จะมีจุกยางปิดอยู่ ต้องแกะออกก่อนด้วยน๊ะจ๊ะ

There will be 2 plastic plugs over the 7mm allen bolts that secure the outer/floating caliper.

จุกคาลิเปอร์ล้อหน้าจะเป็นจุกเล็ก (เสียบ) จุกคาลิเปอร์ล้อหลังจะเป็นจุกใหญ่ (ครอบ)

Here they are the plug kit. The smaller ones are push-in for the front. The larger ones are cover-on for the rear.

No. 4 จุกปิดรูถ่ายน้ำมันเบรค ก็เป็นอีกชิ้นส่วนหนี่งที่มักจะชำรุดครับ
No. 4, the bleeding screw cap is the another thing that most likely damage and not looking good.
